Email Notifications for OKR Comments and Responses

We are creating an email notification that will notify an OKR owner when a reaction is added to an OKR comment, beyond them visiting the OKR and seeing the response. This will help notify OKR owners about how others feel regarding the comment.

This feature is part of other notification improvements on our roadmap including:

• Notifications for Failed Data Source Syncing

• Notifications to Increase Collaboration
