Suggest to Automate a Key Result or KPI When Creating it (Phase 1)

Often times the name of a new Key Result or KPI being created matches an Insight that exists. In an effort to make Gtmhub smarter, we are building out a feature that will suggest automating a Key Result or KPI when we recognize a matching Insight.

This will be the first phase of improvements, and soon to follow will be phase 2.
