Platform Intelligence: AI guided Key Result and KPI automation

By leveraging the generative AI capabilities, we can simplify the process of automating a Key Result or KPI, without the need of SQL knowledge or access to existing Insights.

This improvement will happen in phases, focusing on the following:

• Phase 1: Text to SQL improvement: Guide users within the SQL editor to input a request and implement the automated Key Result or KPI with a question.

• Phase 2: Fully automate with a question: Provide a UI outside of the SQL editor where the user can simply ask a question and use the result to automate the Key Result or KPI.

• Phase 3: Suggest and automate when creating Key Results or KPIs: Suggest an automation from existing data in the account, based on the Key Result title and the description.
