Introducing Push Notifications (Mobile)

We have released Push Notifications on the Mobile app, allowing you to keep up-to-date with all updates in Gtmhub that directly affect you. Staying on top of all updates in Gtmhub can be hard for individuals who are on the move or not desk-based. Not anymore - with the addition of push notifications you can ensure that all decisions you make are informed by the most current needs of the business, and can benefit from timely collaborations by avoiding project bottlenecks.

What Notifications will we Support?

We understand that people appreciate receiving a notification for something they care about, but they don’t always appreciate being interrupted. As such, we have reviewed all of the notifications we send in Gtmhub, and have decided on the below list of notifications to be supported by Push Notifications:

General:

1. OKR Reminder → Open the Home page

Activities:

1. OKR Assigned to me or my team → Open the Objective’s screen

2. Updates to OKRs owned by me → Open the Objective’s screen

3. Updates to OKRs owned by my team → Open the Objective’s screen

4. Updates to KRs owned by me → Open the KR’s screen

5. Updates to KRs owned by my team → Open the KR’s screen

6. Tasks Assigned to me → Open the Task’s screen

7. Mentions, comments & reactions → Open the screen where the comment/mentioned/reaction is.
