Industry benchmarks for KPIs (Quantive Singularity)

The KPI overview provides a comprehensive view of your KPI performance, including who is responsible, current progress, forecast, and KPI performance over time.

The drawer also includes leading and lagging indicators and impacting items, which are Objectives and Key Results that have the greatest influence on your KPI. Using this information, you can make data-driven decisions about improving your KPI performance.

New benchmark insight in KPI overview

To boost the value of the KPIs Overview table, an essential part of Quantive Singularity, we added a benchmark insight to help executives know the industry standard for the respective KPI, evaluate where they stand, and guide them in prioritizing improvements.

The new benchmark insight considers specifics about the company to identify the most relevant number to show.
