Improved user invitation experience

In an effort to improve the user invitation experience, Custom Fields can now be added when inviting new users to a Gtmhub account. These fields can define office location, OKR Champion roles, and other information specific to an organization. When the user accepts the invitation, this Custom Field will be connected to their account. From there, Lists can be used to organize users that match certain Custom Fields.
