Get notified in Slack when Key Result updates are due

Implementing an OKR process can be hard. It requires employees to cooperate and build a habit of regularly updating their Key Result progress. Since system emails can be ignored, we bringing reminders to update KRs to where users are most often during the day: Slack. The notifications users receive in Slack have the same content as an email reminder, and include the ability to update a KR directly within Slack.
